I've chosen to run for the County Clerk-Recorder-Assessor position here in Santa Barbara County because I am a leader who is willing and able to lead the county to greater heights; where innovation is valued and transparency is held in high esteem. As a county employee, I'm very familiar with new ideas being stifled by upper management and staff being hindered by archaic policies.
Additionally, I hope to remove the cost barriers that make running for office a pastime of the elite so that all aspiring candidates have an opportunity to run.
